Shamanic Release and Somatic Healing w Crystal Bowls, and other live instruments.

Join Tiffany Kelly and Shane Downing. This is a combination of anger psychoeducation and shamanic workshop a collaboration between Biofield Counselling and Tuning, and Soul Support Holistic Wellness at Komuniti Long Jetty, NSW 2264.

This Workshop is for women that prefer to be in a smaller group space to do their own inner work. Limited up to 15 participants.

The workshop format will be:

• Learning to connect with your angry part and its triggers.
• Engage in an anger release ritual to remove blocked and stuck anger, with Shamanic Instruments and tools.
• Integrate with meditation, breath and sound. As part of your integration, you’ll immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, and native music from around the world.

You will be safely guided by Tiffany and Shane, an experienced practitioners in both Shamanic’s and Therapy modalities.

This work draws from shamanic traditions and somatic release techniques. It involves connecting to the place of anger, sadness, breathing, movement, instruments and music to access sub-consciousness for healing, disrupt patterns stored in our autonomic nervous system, release trauma, reset our window of tolerance, and rewire our behaviours for a brighter, clearer path into your future.
